ABOUT US
Welcome to Crimson Moon Films! We're a small but dedicated film production company with a passion for storytelling and a commitment to creating cinematic experiences that resonate with audiences.
Our founder, let's just call them "The Big Cheese," has always been drawn to the power of cinema to transport us to new worlds and give us a glimpse into the lives of others. And by "founder," we mean "currently the only person in the company." But don't worry, we have a team of trusted collaborators who help us bring our projects to life. We (again, one person) can't do this alone. Film is hard.
Although we're a small team (read: one person), we're proud to say that we have a wealth of experience in the film industry that has carried over to our new company. We work with a talented group of industry professionals, from cinematographers to producers, that bring each project to life. Our team (of one) believes in the power of collaboration and teamwork, and we're always striving to improve and grow as a company.
At Crimson Moon Films, we don't believe in chasing trends or trying to be something we're not (we've tried, that doesn't work). We're passionate about telling stories that we care about, stories that move us, inspire us, scare us, make us laugh and make us cry. We know that success in the film industry is never guaranteed, but we're not afraid to take risks and try new things.
So, while we may be a small team (again, just one person) for now, we're dedicated to growing and expanding our capabilities. We're serious about what we do, but we also believe in having fun along the way. Most importantly, we are committed to building a respectful and collaborative culture of creation. A place where people can be proud of the work they've done.
Join us on our journey as we continue to tell stories. Together, we can create cinematic experiences that inspire, connect, and entertain audiences everywhere.

FOUNDER/Filmmaker
Jeffrey Butler has worked in most facets of the film and video industry
for the past decade. He took some time off making short films to focus
on honing his craft behind the camera, as a director and understanding
the logistics that go in to film, video and media production. “A Glimpse
of Paradise” is his return from his hiatus and looks forward to
collaborating with his friends once again.
